ShelfOutOfStock
The BuyOutOfStock is what the shelf will say when selecting an item that is out of stock (this only occurs after buying all of them in stock and after checking out).
ShelfOutOfStock: ["{1} are currently out of stock, come back {2}."]{1} = Chosen Item's name (plural) (for ex. Potions)
{2} = time left until the Item get's restocked.
