In first case, I'm talking about -FL-'s Roaming Icon on Map Plugin. Before you install this plugin, this is not needed at all, I fully implemented this plugin in my plugin so it's already included, all you need to do to make use of this feature and the Roaming Mode is turn the required setting on in the settings file.
